About OpenTrials
OpenTrials is a collaboration between Ben Goldacre and the tech team at Open Knowledge International. The documents and data relating to a clinical trial can be spread across the internet, in journal articles, registries, regulator archives, and more. This makes it hard to spot what’s missing, and hard to spot discrepancies. OpenTrials aims to thread together all the publicly accessible documents and data, on all clinical trials, in an open database populated through record linkage, ID matching, and crowdsourcing.
