Dedoose

Dedoose is a cloud-based collaboration platform for researchers in a variety of industries including the sciences, teachers, students, data analysts and more. It offers communication tools, file management, and task assignment. It allows users to analyze qualitative and mixed-methods research with text, photos, audio, videos, spreadsheet data and more. Users can create and modify “codes” to tag various stages of their methodology and organize research procedures. Users can begin projects based on existing data sets or create projects directly. An integrated chat feature and memos enable users to communicate with one another in real-time. Access groups can be established to specify permissions settings for groups of users, which determines which data they may view and modify.
